Infosoft Conducted Call Center Solutions Expo 2006

Organized by Infosoft International Solutions, Inc. in cooperation with Microsoft Philippines, the recently concluded Call Center Solutions Expo 2006 held at the EDSA Shangri-la Plaza Hotel last November 23, 2006 was a huge success. The event served as a venue for Call Center / BPO Operations and IT Executives to update themselves about latest industry report and trends from Business Process Outsourcing of the Philippines and learn about IT solutions applicable to their Industry.
Speakers were Joris Spanhoff, CEO of Infosoft who gave the opening remarks and presented the latest industry report from name of org, Fortune Magsadia, Microsoft Dynamics Channel Manager who talked about latest offering of Microsoft for the Call Center / BPO Industry, Ivy Tarrobago, Project Manager of Infosoft who presented Microsoft CRM solution designed for the Call Center / BPO Industry and Roby Krueger, Avaya Technologies CTO for Asia Pacific who gave presentation on the current and upcoming IT and telephony solution of Avaya.
The Expo was participated in by IT solution providers and Infosoft partners: Avaya Technologies, Teledata, Softcare Technologies, Comlan, Poweredge, CA, Infocomm, TrendMicro, ACA Pacific, Quickinfo, Globalstride, IPVG, AG Datacom, and Summit Media.
Before the event ended, a Microsoft XBOX Konzole was raffled and won by Resty Gallera, IT Officer from SVI Connect.
It was a learning experience for the 120 Call Center / BPO Operations and IT Executives who participated in the event.
